Overview: The report will summarize the parable (PLOT), highlight the paradoxical hook that drew people’s attention to the story (PARADOX), and indicate the attitude or action Jesus was seeking from those who heard and understood the parable (PUSH). Finally, the student will tell the story of a person in the news who wisely heeded the lesson of their assigned parable—or foolishly did not (PERSON).
